And in case we lack motivation and desire we end up feeling lethargic and apathetic toward the desired action.
This is how we think motivation normally works

But there’s a problem with this framework. The changes we expect are inspired by negative emotions. Like when someone wants to lose weight, they resort to body shaming which would inspire them to hit the gym. Negative emotions often take us away from the necessary action.

The idea behind this theory is that if you lack the motivation to do something then just
do something, absolutely anything that would start this chain reaction.
Even the smallest of actions result in an outcome. This outcome can then be the fuel (motivation) required for further action. This combined over a period of time turns into a motivational cycle.

The culmination of ARM's philosophy that no one glove fits all solution combined with his personal experiences gained through his fitness journey. He has been able to cater to a wide range of individuals seeking the truth about fitness.
His fitness journey started from learning and exploring various fitness practices. From Yoga to CrossFit, Muay Thai to Kickboxing, and Weight training to BJJ. All have helped him understand the nitty-gritty of the fitness world.
